  • Double strength, Very powerful - add 2ml per 5 Litres of milk.
  • Will work on any type of fresh animal milk. Warm the milk gradually on low heath to 35° / 95°F and then add the rennet solution. The rennet must be first dissolved in 30 ml of non-chlorinated water before adding to the milk.
  • 30ml | Made in EU
  • Double strength microbial rennet derived from Mucor miehei. This rennet is acceptable for the production of vegetarian cheeses.
